Booking & Payment Policy
To ensure the highest quality preparation for your event, we have the following requirements for all catering contracts:
Initial Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing to secure your date.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event. This must be settled before any food preparation begins.
We’d love to bring the flavors of Down South to your next event. To ensure every dish is prepared with the care and soul it deserves, we kindly request at least 72 hours' advance notice for all catering orders.
